Designed 1948 by Bruno Mathsson, this example was made in the Karl Mathsson factory in 1962. The "table with cleft legs" has legs and frame made from laminated beech with a lacquered black top. It's very large with a diameter of 130 cm and height of 52cm. In very good condition for its age except for a bit of normal wear to the edge of the top and a small chip on one edge about 15mm across. It really isn't that noticeable.
